I can’t believe I’ll be writing my next blog in Georgia at training camp! With just 17 days left I wanted to go over life updates from the past few months (sorry I missed a few months- I kept forgetting to write a blog!)
May– Another little niece was born! Little Courtney Grace was born on May 18th! She’s the cutest and such a bungle of joy! What a blessing!
June– I went to Morning Star Ministries for School of the Heart! It was a 4 day event where there were many amazing teachings and worship times! I met some new friends and it was so incredible; I really felt the Lord’s Presence! God is doing great things through Morning Star!
July: To kick off the 4th of July, my sister & I ran a 5k. This summer has been a blast-from camping and floating down the river multiple times, to getting so sunburned that walking hurt—but every moment was worth it. I also started training a sweet lady named Cheryl to take my place at work as I go on this amazing adventure God’s calling me to! It became really real to me like wow- I’m really leaving my job and everything behind!
August has been intense. My mom and two sisters were hospitalized with E. coli. It’s been a tough couple of weeks—I’ve sensed spiritual warfare, but I know the Lord is fighting for us and bringing healing.
Over the next few weeks I am selling t-shirts to help fundraise! I have a few different designs, if you’re interested just let me know!
Upcoming Events: August 23 (Saturday, 5 PM) and August 24 (Sunday, 9 AM & 11 AM) at CrossPoint Church in Hutchinson, I’ll be on stage with my friend Karen, and one of the pastor will be praying over us & share with the congregation what we’ll be doing!
And that same weekend—August 24—Karen and I are hosting a send‑off party. We thought it would be a great way to say goodbye to our family and friends! I’m so thankful for all the people the Lord has placed in my life already through fundraising and through this trip. I know God’s going to do great things through all of us!

Please be praying for me as I prepare for this trip! I feel a little bit more ready for this trip everyday. I know it’s only 9 months but it seems like a long time to spend outside of the US!

Hey thanks for the blog was interesting reading it!!! I’ll be praying for you a that God would bind the enemy as he tries to win in the spiritual warfare! God is so much more powerful a you can do it!!! I admire you for stepping out like that! Satan will try a plant lies but my prayer is that God will fill u with his truth’s! Sorry to hear your mom a sisters were in the hospital, are they doing ok now??
